YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Paid Media Specialist to join Roigen and play a key role in our global Performance Marketing team. You’ll combine hands-on campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis with a broader strategic view, working closely with our performance, creative, analytics, and commercial teams to drive measurable growth. You’ll operate across global markets in a highly competitive and regulated environment, managing full-funnel paid media across Paid Social, Search, Programmatic, Open Web, Ad Networks, Native & Retail Media — continuously testing, learning, and scaling what works.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Optimize budgets, bidding, audiences, inventory, and creatives to drive performance and incremental growth.
• Leverage first-party data, advanced audiences, remarketing, and intent signals.
• Analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, DSP and platform data, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with creative, analytics, and client teams, acting as a strategic paid media partner.
• Stay ahead of trends across programmatic, ad tech, AI, attribution, and digital advertising, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and platform requirements.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

• 3+ years of experience in Paid Media/Performance Marketing, with hands-on expertise across the channels above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns, markets, and budgets.
• International, e-commerce, or highly regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
