Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Paid Media Specialist to manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. This part-time role (approx. 20 hours/week) requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong technical execution, and creative autonomy. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Founder to drive brand awareness and direct response results, leveraging AI tools for creative production and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Pinterest Ads experience is a plus.

  • Creative Production & AI Integration: Own the creative workflow by generating ad assets (static mostly with some video) using AI tools. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer as needed, but maintain the ability to produce high-quality creatives independently.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily. Analyze metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and Engagement Rates to determine profitability and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop targeting strategies for diverse audiences, ranging from Gen-Z/Gamer demographics to professional/lifestyle sectors. Implement retargeting strategies based on customer behavior.

  • Strategy Partnership: Work alongside the Founder to refine ad strategy, particularly for clients starting ads from scratch. Focus initially on starting ads from scratch through consideration and conversion phases.

Requirements

Experience:

Proven track record in successfully managing paid social/search campaigns within E-commerce settings.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Experience using AI tools for content ideation, graphic design, and video editing.

  • Ability to interpret raw platform data (GA4, Meta Insights) without reliance on third-party attribution tools (e.g.,Triple Whale/Northbeam), as clients currently use native platform analytics.

Communication:

Native or near-native written English fluency. Strong communications skills and comfortable working with clients and remote globally distributed teams

Work Style:

Self-starter who thrives in an independent environment with weekly check-ins. Highly adaptable and comfortable switching between different brand voices and industries.
