How will you make an impact?

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, launching, maintaining, updating and optimizing paid search/SEM & paid media campaigns in support of the global digital marketing efforts.

This role works very closely with the Paid Media global team and is based in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on and enterprise-level expertise on paid media channels (programmatic, search, and social). and a firm understanding of other digital channels, preferably programmatic display and SEM.

What will you do?

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid media channels, including programmatic, search, and social.
  • Allocate and optimize budgets across campaigns and media channels to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spend. Recommend budget shifts or re-allocations as opportunities arise and in alignment to department KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key KPIs (CTR, conversions, CPA), and implement data-driven optimizations to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing recommendations across audiences, creative, bidding strategies and landing pages.
  • Proactively identify media program expansions or shifts, including: media channels, audiences strategies, platform capabilities and testing opportunities.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, manage workflows, and coordinate campaign activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review incoming requests, validate requirements, and initiate workflows to support campaign execution.
  • Prepare and present regular campaign reports and dashboards, sharing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in team and stakeholder meetings, communicating progress, insights, and next steps effectively.
  • Leverage and scale AI-driven practices across paid digital programs to enhance efficiency, optimize performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Leverage processes, learnings, best practices, content calendars and documentation from the Digital Marketing team and build upon them
  • Share case studies and learnings and contribute new ideas
  • Stay up to date with the digital marketing industry and trends, and recommend new approaches to keep media programs competitive
  • Be available during off-hours to participate in meetings with team members based in the US

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree, ideally in Science, Biotech, Computer Engineering, IT
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B customer-driven digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Proven success developing and managing multi-channel paid media strategies to improve business performance and deliver measurable results
  • Expertise across Google Ads, Bing Ads or other paid search engines
  • Advanced knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs); experience with Adobe DSP is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of campaign management tools, including Google platforms and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta); experience with Sprinklr is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, audience strategy, bidding strategies and campaign measurement
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Exposure to project management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
