✍ Short Description:

We are looking for a Paid Media Project Manager to own the end-to-end workflow of paid advertising projects, serving as the bridge between clients and the internal paid media team. This role combines strong multi-channel paid media knowledge with project ownership, client communication, reporting, and team coordination. You will manage timelines and deliverables, identify blockers, review campaign work, communicate performance results, and ensure projects move forward smoothly. While hands-on ad creation experience is valuable, the primary focus is managing the process and ensuring high-quality execution across the team.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end workflow for paid advertising projects, coordinating the internal team and keeping campaigns and deliverables moving forward.
• Manage timelines, priorities, follow-ups, and deliverables while identifying blockers and ensuring work is completed correctly.
• Coordinate with paid media specialists across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other major advertising channels.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign progress, upcoming launches or phases, feedback, deliverables, and expectations.
• Review paid media work and campaign performance to ensure deliverables align with project requirements and communicate results clearly to clients.
• Create and deliver client reports, using campaign performance data to explain results and support clear client communication.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support reporting, research, communication, process organization, and paid media workflows.

💡 Qualifications:

• Experience in paid media, performance marketing, paid advertising, or a related digital marketing function, with strong knowledge across multiple advertising channels.
• Experience managing projects, workflows, timelines, deliverables, or teams within a paid media or digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google, and other major paid advertising platforms.
• Experience communicating directly with clients, including campaign updates, results, feedback, and project expectations.
• Experience with reporting and interpreting paid media performance data for client-facing communication.
• Hands-on paid advertising or ad creation experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for reporting, research, communication, and workflow support.
