Job Description

Paid Media Manager responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other advertising networks.

Focused on driving brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, and revenue growth through strategic media buying and performance marketing initiatives. Experienced in monitoring campaign performance, managing advertising budgets, analyzing KPIs, and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.

Experienced in audience targeting, A/B testing, campaign strategy development, keyword research, ad coordination, reporting, and collaboration with marketing, sales, and creative teams. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of digital advertising platforms and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPC, CPA, and conversion metrics.
  • Conduct audience research and targeting strategies.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on advertising assets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and campaign scaling strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform updates.
