On behalf of our Client – a global leader in enterprise AI platforms for HR and Finance, we are looking for a Paid Media Manager (EMEA). In this role, you will join our client’s internal marketing team to drive full-funnel demand and pipeline from high-value accounts across the EMEA region (with potential support for APJ) using account-centric (ABX) strategies. If you are a hands-on, detail-oriented digital marketer who thrives on operational excellence and data-driven optimization, this is the perfect place to grow.
Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day setup, ad trafficking, QA, and go-live processes across major B2B platforms (LinkedIn, DV360, etc.).
Oversee the execution and optimization of content syndication programs, ensuring high-quality leads and seamless routing through tools like Integrate
Act as the primary operational contact for external media agencies, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with KPIs.
Monitor multi-platform campaign performance, track downstream pipeline impact in Salesforce, and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency (CTR, CVR, CPL).
Partner with marketing ops to ensure accurate tagging, attribution, and strict compliance with regional data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, media planning/buying, or performance marketing within the B2B sector.
Strong background in paid social (especially LinkedIn Ads), programmatic display, and content syndication.
Experience with ad trafficking, campaign setup, and lead management tools (e.g., Integrate, Salesforce, or marketing automation platforms).
Experience running campaigns across multiple EMEA countries (exposure to APJ markets is a strong plus).
Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
What We Offer:
Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge enterprise AI platform and world-class marketing technologies.
A highly collaborative, international team culture that balances disciplined execution with innovation.
Flexible hybrid working model, balancing time in the local office with working from home.
