The Paid Media Executive will report to the Senior Paid Social Manager and assist them in executing the paid social strategy in Boden’s core markets of the UK, US and Germany, as well as several newly expanding global markets.
You will be the bridge between data and creativity. While you’ll be hands-on with campaign builds, optimisation, and performance analysis, you’ll also be instrumental in developing our TikTok and Meta Ads creative strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and creative partners to iterate high-performing ad concepts, ensuring our content feels "native" to the feed while remaining unmistakably Boden.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic and rapidly growing Digital Marketing team, playing a key role in helping millions of people discover Boden and become loyal customers. You'll contribute to Boden's outstanding success by creating inspiring, engaging, and high-performing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 from home.
What You Will Do
• Day to day execution of Paid Media, including ad building, creative optimisation, copy testing, audience optimisation and channel reporting.
• Deliver weekly reporting to internal stakeholders that moves beyond numbers to provide clear "So What?" insights and actionable next steps.
• Assist the Paid Media Manager in creating insight feedback loops with Product and Creative departments, ensuring creative learnings are integrated into future asset production.
• Assist the Paid Social Manager in identifying new opportunities to scale or optimise the channel through experimentation.
• Working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the Brand, Product and Customer teams to deliver best in class creative, product feeds and first party data that unlock improvements in performance of Paid Social.
What We Are Looking For
• A hunger and enthusiasm to learn quickly and contribute to a growth-oriented performance marketing team.
• Ideally prior experience managing paid social campaigns for a fast-paced consumer brand or agency.
• Hands-on experience within Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.
• An analytical mindset – comfortable navigating data to find trends and confident using Excel/Google Sheets.
• A strong understanding of what makes a "good" social ad and the ability to brief creative teams effectively.
• Excellent multi-tasker who takes pride in accuracy and flawless execution.
• Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
• A social-first, creative flair and confidence with a positive attitude.
• A keen eye for an opportunity, with a natural commercial curiosity.
• A proactive communicator, comfortable sharing your ideas and results with stakeholders at all levels.

Contrarian. How else would you describe a man who left a good job in the city – working in New York during its shiny ’80s heyday no less – to set up a mail-order clothes company at a time when buying things that got delivered was considered a bit, well, joke-worthy? Or was he just lucky – right time, right place, right instinct?
Johnnie launched Boden with a hand-drawn catalogue featuring eight menswear styles he wanted in his own wardrobe (and wanted to order from his armchair). That was 1991, and back then, catalogues for stylish people who like stylish clothes weren’t really a ‘thing’ in Britain.
Today, after a wild, unpredictable and exciting 30 years, Boden is a global company but it still has the same family vibes. It’s the opinion of the women in his life – his wife Sophie (who pushed him to follow his dream in the first place), his three discerning daughters and Johnnie’s new lovely female sidekick – Janet the dog – that he values over anything.
Originality is also so very important, with every step taken to set Boden apart from the rest. Whether that’s hand-drawn prints, doing our best to make sure we don’t cut corners and even listing words we cannot use (we copywriters love a challenge). Attention to detail is everything, and it shows. Johnnie has also been adamant that every factory we use respects its workforce in the same way he respects his workforce at home. And that Boden uses as many recycled materials as possible.
“His main piece of advice is always be yourself,” his daughter Katie adds. “I think we’re all flawed but that’s the one thing that we [the family] are – very honest. I just think you can’t go wrong by being honest.” And lastly? “He’s also never tried to be cool…which makes him cool.”
Boden isn’t about fast fashion and fads. It never was. It’s about making clothes that put a smile on your face, for a long, long time.
