ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

NP Digital Australia is seeking a technical and detail-oriented Paid Media Executive to lead high-performance campaign execution. You are a platform expert who understands how to translate client goals into tactical reality. This role is perfect for a specialist who is ready to take more ownership of strategy while maintaining a high standard of execution.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Excellence: Lead the setup, optimization, and reporting for complex campaigns across Search and Social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strategic Input: Assist Managers in the development of tactic strategies and participate in client meetings to provide platform-specific recommendations
  • Budget Oversight: Manage client budgets at a tactical level, ensuring accurate pacing and implementing adjustments to maximize ROI
  • Quality Assurance: Use internal checklists to audit campaign changes and act as a primary QA reviewer for work completed by junior specialists
  • Performance Analysis: Identify trends in performance data, manage client "Change Logs," and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting decks with actionable insights

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience: Typically, 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and Social
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of pixel tracking, GTM, and Looker Studio
  • Analytical Skills: Mastery of media flowcharts and complex budget tracking formulas
  • Communication: Ability to present performance results clearly to internal stakeholders and assist in client presentations
  • Attitude: A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach with high attention to detail
  • Rights: Must have full Australian working rights

  • Base Salary: AU $70,000.00 to $80,000.00; depending on experience and skills
