Salary range: up to ₱115,000 PHP/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)

Working Hours: Following New Zealand Timezone

ABOUT THE COMPANY & ROLE

We are a performance-focused digital marketing agency working with brands across consumer and regulated product industries, helping clients achieve measurable growth through data-driven digital marketing. The team combines paid media, creative, analytics, search, and compliance to build effective digital campaigns across multiple markets and channels. We are looking for an experienced Paid Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid advertising campaigns, with Google Ads as the primary channel, while also supporting and developing opportunities across Meta, Amazon, and other emerging digital platforms. The role will primarily support campaigns targeting Australia, with additional exposure to the US and New Zealand, and will involve managing significant advertising budgets while continuously improving campaign performance. Beyond paid media, the ideal candidate will bring some SEO knowledge that can be applied to emerging areas such as Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), making this a strong opportunity for someone who wants to help expand the digital marketing function into new channels.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media

• Plan, build, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across:
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Explore and support paid campaigns across additional platforms such as Amazon and other relevant digital channels as the business expands.
• Manage and allocate monthly advertising budgets ranging from $10K–$250K+ across multiple accounts, platforms, and markets.
• Develop bidding strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, and landing page recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions, efficiency, and ROI.
• Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for stakeholders and clients.

SEO, Search & Emerging Channels

• Apply SEO knowledge to support broader search visibility and digital marketing performance.
• Contribute to the development of GEO and AEO strategies as the business expands into AI-driven search and discovery.
• Identify opportunities to optimise content and digital assets for traditional search engines as well as emerging AI-powered search and answer platforms.
• Stay informed on developments in SEO, GEO, AEO, AI search, and emerging digital marketing channels.
• Identify opportunities to test new platforms and channels that can contribute to client growth.

Compliance & Campaign Management

• Ensure campaigns comply with relevant advertising policies, particularly for restricted healthcare and therapeutic product categories.
• Monitor changes to advertising regulations and platform policies and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and web teams to improve full-funnel performance.
• Stay up to date with platform developments, new features, and emerging digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience managing monthly media spends of $10K–$250K+.
• Strong understanding of advertising policies for restricted healthcare/therapeutic categories.
• Experience managing campaigns targeting Australia, US, and/or New Zealand markets.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube/Video, and Demand Gen.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly around campaign compliance and budget management.

Highly Desirable

• Experience managing paid campaigns through Amazon Ads or other advertising platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO, particularly where it can support GEO and AEO initiatives.
• Understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and/or Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
• Experience adapting content or search strategies for AI-powered search and discovery.
• Experience with additional channels such as Reddit, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, AIO, and emerging search technologies.
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare/therapeutic advertising guidelines.
• Google Ads certifications in Search, Display, Video, and/or Measurement.
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and offline conversion imports.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, SA360, or other bid management platforms.
• Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Understanding of complementary paid channels such as Microsoft Ads and Programmatic Advertising.
