We’re looking for a Paid Media Consultant to plan, execute, and optimise paid media advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and X among others to drive measurable growth, engagement, and ROI for our clients’ brands

As a Paid Media Consultant , you will be responsible for:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Translate client goals into effective paid media strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives
• Own full-funnel campaign execution: awareness, consideration, and conversion
• Strategy development to ensure your clients hit their goals
• Set-up of new accounts and campaign creation for new clients
• Ad copy writing
• Weekly/monthly reporting including recommendations
• Day to day budget management and campaign optimisation
• Keyword research and analysis
• Identify new opportunities to help grow new and existing campaigns
• Engaging strategy presentations and reporting delivery

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 experience in Paid Media Advertising (not influencer marketing)
• Strong experience in Paid Media channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube etc
• Experience/interest in marketing analytics for ecommerce
• Some hands-on PPC/SEM experience (Google, Bing, Facebook etc.)
• Strong Google Analytics experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Worked at a Digital Agency or similar is highly advantageous.
