What Were Looking For

• 2+ years experience in paid media buying with proven results in lead gen (finance, education, healthcare, legal, etc.).
• Strong track record with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
• Hands-on with CRMs (GHL, HubSpot) and tools like Zapier.
• Bonus points if youve got graphic design or video editing skills.

What Youll Do

• Launch and manage high-performing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
• Build lead funnels with forms, surveys, and landing pages that actually convert.
• Analyze and optimize performance with Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with creatives to craft scroll-stopping ads and conversion assets.
• Track, report, and improve KPIs, ROI, and funnel performance.
