THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Operations Manager to join Haypp Group’s Acquisition team within the Marketing function and take ownership of how we plan, execute, coordinate, and optimize paid digital marketing across our markets and brands. In this role, you will play a key part in building structure, improving performance, and scaling how we work with paid media in a complex, multi-market environment.
You will act as the operational link between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring that campaign execution aligns with commercial priorities, customer acquisition goals, and overall marketing strategy. You will move the organization towards a more structured, insight-driven way of working with paid media, where planning, execution, follow-up, and learnings are tightly connected.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you will work closely with Paid Marketing, SEO, CRM, Commercial, Retail Media, Brand, and local market stakeholders. You will challenge agency recommendations, translate business needs into clear actions, and help build scalable ways of working that improve performance and drive growth across markets.

In this role, you will
• Coordinate and drive paid media campaigns across markets, brands, and channels, acting as the key operational link between Haypp and our external agencies while translating business priorities into clear briefs, media plans, and actionable next steps
• Challenge and improve campaign execution end-to-end — from setups and testing roadmaps to performance analysis and optimization — ensuring we continuously get more out of our investments
• Support planning, execution, and follow-up across channels like Google Ads, Shopping, and programmatic, while stepping in hands-on when needed
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial realities such as assortment, pricing, promotions, and seasonality, and help stakeholders understand capabilities, trade-offs, and expected outcomes
• Identify and drive improvements across targeting, creatives, landing pages, tracking, and reporting, while capturing learnings and scaling successful approaches across markets
• Contribute to building a more structured, data-driven, and scalable paid media operating model at Haypp
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• You bring 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing (especially Google Ads and programmatic), combined with a solid understanding of how paid media fits into the broader customer journey and digital ecosystem
• You’ve worked in an agency, consultancy, or similar fast-paced environment and are used to managing multiple accounts, stakeholders, or markets simultaneously
• You are structured and execution-focused, with strong project management skills and the ability to align stakeholders, drive progress, and turn complexity into clear plans
• You’re confident challenging agencies and internal teams in a constructive, commercially grounded way, and can translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• You have a strong analytical and commercial mindset, are comfortable working with data, tracking, and reporting, and understand how marketing performance connects to growth and profitability
• You’re fluent in English
