Job Description

Tasks:

  • Analyzing and resolving issues related to SAP SD and Service Cloud v2 system functionality.
  • Collaborating with an international team on implementing new solutions.
  • Gaining hands-on experience with SAP system configuration and support.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for implemented solutions, learning best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Learning and developing expertise in SAP functionalities and business processes.
  • Implement SAP solutions for the Home Comfort industry, specifically across Service, Sales and Distribution, and HR modules.
  • Work with process specialists to understand how business needs translate into IT solutions.

Qualifications

Profile

  • Student of preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Management, Telecommunications, Econometrics, or related fields.
  • Avaiability of min. 30h per week.
  • English & Polisch language at least B2 level.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
