Position Summary
Sabel Systems is seeking a Summer Engagement on Projects Intern to support delivery teams working on digital engineering, IT, and operational projects. This internship is ideal for students interested in project coordination, program support, digital engineering environments, or technical operations who want exposure to how cross-functional teams deliver mission-focused solutions.
Work You’ll Do
As an Intern, you will work alongside project managers, engineers, and technical teams, helping keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward.

Work You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams with coordination, documentation, and task tracking
- Assist with maintaining project schedules, action items, and status updates
- Help prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items
- Support configuration and organization of project documentation and deliverables
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across project teams
- Gain exposure to digital engineering tools, delivery processes, and project lifecycles
- Learn how secure, mission-driven projects are executed in a government contracting environment
Your
Qualifications
Required
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
- Strong academic record, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work across teams
- Comfortable working with documentation, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred
- Interest in project management, delivery operations, or digital engineering environments
- Exposure to Agile or project management concepts through coursework or group projects
- Familiarity with collaboration or project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)

Work Location & Schedule
- The 2026 Summer Internship Program runs June 1, 2026, through August 7, 2026, and is open to candidates located within the United States.

- This internship is fully remote, supporting Eastern Standard Time Zone hours, however for candidates local to our Beavercreek, OH office one (1) day a week will be required to work onsite, otherwise remote.
- This internship has an expected commitment of 40 hours per week.
- This internship pays $25.00 per hour.
