Paid Digital Media Buyer

Location: Nashville, TN - Hybrid

A niche advertising agency specializing in advertising for personal injury law firms is looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Digital Media Buyer with a focus in Meta advertising Being cross trained in Google SEM is a bonus!This person will be part of a digital media team that is growing quickly, and there will be long-term advancement opportunities available for the right person.

  • You are proficient in using Meta Business Manager, managing most (if not all) stages of the campaign life (setup, launch, optimization, evaluation, reporting).

  • You watch KPIs like a hawk and are quick to identify issues and make adjustments while understanding the critical role creative content plays in driving results.

Your Mission:

  • Be part of generating a high quantity of leads for some of the country's most prominent law firms.

  • Manage large advertising budgets on a daily basis while monitoring performance and adjusting strategy as necessary.

  • Manage campaigns across multiple platforms from start to completion.

  • Closely monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns, identify opportunities for advanced optimization, and help oversee the testing of new strategies to improve results.

  • Assist with evaluating and implementing new marketing tools/platforms/vendors.

REQUIRED Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2+ years experience designing campaigns and ad strategies while building, managing, and optimizing campaigns for Paid Social or SEM/Paid Search, and Programmatic Buy experience is a plus. (Preferred Platforms: Meta, Google Ads, Google Display, Reddit, YouTube, StackAdapt, and TikTok.)

  • Experience using direct response and lead generation advertising strategies successfully.

  • Strong knowledge of how to use research tools and platforms, while incorporating evolving marketing trends to drive successful digital strategies.

  • Basic Understanding of landing page best practices for conversion goals and click-attribution using URL tracking templates.

  • Messaging and content strategy/development experience for social media campaigns.

  • Highly proficient in Excel and Sheets.

PREFERRED Qualifications

  • Agency experience.

  • Cross trained in Google paid media buying.

  • Copywriting and social content creation experience

  • Able to work with tracking pixels and conversion APIs - understanding their functionality, creation, and implementation.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with LookerStudio/DataStudio

  • Experience in advertising for the Legal Industry, including but not limited to personal injury and Mass Torts
