POSITION TITLE

Paid Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute our paid digital marketing programs across multiple channels. This role will work in close partnership with the Senior Paid Digital Marketing Manager and will be deeply involved in the day-to-day management, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns.

This role is ideal for a strong executor who is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and eager to grow into greater ownership. You will help manage campaigns in-platform, support creative development, coordinate affiliate programs, and ensure smooth execution across channels while learning how high-level paid media strategy is built and scaled.

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Paid Digital Marketing Manager to implement broader paid media strategies and campaigns.
  • Execute and manage day-to-day paid digital marketing campaigns across paid search (SEM), paid social, video, display, and retargeting channels.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns within platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, MNTN, and affiliate platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, and ROAS; proactively surface insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing initiatives for ad creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Assist with creative development by drafting ad copy, coordinating asset needs, QA’ing creative, and partnering with Brand and Content teams.
  • Manage affiliate relationships, including onboarding, tracking performance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing partner output.
  • Assist with budget pacing and allocation to ensure campaigns stay on track to monthly and quarterly spend goals.
  • Coordinate with Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, SEO, Product Marketing, and external partners to ensure aligned execution.
  • Maintain high standards for accuracy, compliance, and documentation across all campaigns.
  • Stay current on platform updates, paid media trends, and emerging opportunities to improve performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience executing acquisition and brand awareness paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing campaigns directly in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong working knowledge of core paid media metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Experience supporting budget management and pacing across multiple channels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or platform-native reporting.
  • Experience supporting A/B testing and performance optimization efforts.
  • Strong copy instincts and an eye for performance-oriented creative.
  • Experience working with affiliates or third-party marketing partners is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in both DTC and B2B environments.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services) is a plus.
  • Experience using the Impact.com affiliate platform is a plus.
  • Experience using generative AI programs like Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
