Your purpose & impact:

This role supports Estrid’s social and brand team by creating and producing content for TikTok and Instagram every day.

You’ll help shoot, edit, publish, and test social-first content that keeps Estrid culturally relevant, highly active, and engaging across platforms.

Some of the things you’ll do:

• Shoot TikTok and Instagram Reels content

• Edit short-form videos in CapCut or similar tools

• Publish content across TikTok & Instagram

• Capture BTS content during shoots, events, office days, launches, and trips

• Create social-first content concepts and ideas

• Spot trends, sounds, formats, and viral moments quickly

• Help source creators and references for content inspiration

• Support on production days and campaign shoots

• Organize and upload content selects in Google Drive

• Track basic performance and identify top-performing content

Skills and experiences important for this role:

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, trends, and internet culture

• Loves creating content and spending time on social media

• Comfortable filming and editing content on phone

• Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and video storytelling

• Fast editor with good instincts for pacing/hooks

• Creative, proactive, and comfortable testing ideas quickly

• Positive attitude and enjoys a fast-paced environment

• Organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content at once

Other:

• Comfortable with Google Drive & Google Sheets

• Bonus: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing tools

• Swedish & English
