Are you passionate about marketing, especially the world of online advertising? Do you love crafting strategies that drive impactful results? If you have at least 2 years of experience managing campaigns across major platforms, we want you! We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join a team of a boutique digital marketing partner firm in Tel Aviv, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of the brands the company works with through your love for digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide full management of all paid campaigns for the brands the company works with.
• Strategize, plan, and execute effective media plans and paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Discovery, Pmax), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, Bing, etc.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver successful online activity outcomes.
• Use your deep understanding of digital advertising to manage budgets, optimize performance, and analyze data.
• Write compelling ad copy that captures attention and drives conversions.
• Prepare detailed, data-driven reports and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure best results by collaborating with the client’s team!

What You Bring:

• A love for marketing with a special focus on online advertising.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written (impeccable grammar is a must).
• A proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report creation.
• Detail-oriented with a creative touch to produce high-performing campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media and copywriting.

This is an office-first position based in Tel Aviv.
