We're looking for a Paid Campaigns Manager who will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of paid digital campaigns across SEM (Google), Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll be the go-to expert driving lead generation and pipeline growth across EMEA and the Americas, while providing strategic guidance and support to APAC and China teams. This is not a "set it and forget it" role. We want someone who lives in the data, constantly experiments, embraces AI-powered tools to work smarter, and is passionate about finding the next lever to pull for better performance.
This role can be based in one of the following offices:
Odense, Denmark (Teradyne Robotics HQ) | Munich, Germany | Massachusetts, USA (Teradyne HQ).

What You Bring:
4–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in SEM, Meta, and LinkedIn — ideally in a B2B or industrial/technology environment.
Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline through paid digital channels.
Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Google Analytics (GA4), PBI Excel/Sheets, and platform-native reporting tools.
Experience managing multi-region campaigns and working across time zones.
Rigorous approach to budget management and spend optimization.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance campaign performance, creative output, or operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills — able to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
