Paid and Retail Media Manager (all genders)
Paid and Retail Media Manager is responsible for overseeing the CEE Paid Media Hub, ensuring governance, operational excellence, and performance delivery across markets. It involves leading the strategy, planning, and optimization of Paid Media and Retail Media (marketplace dedicated) to drive e-commerce growth and cost efficiency.
A key part of the role is coordinating agency operations to ensure local execution aligns with regional priorities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating regional Joint Business Plans with key retail and media partners to translate commercial objectives into scalable and measurable activations across CEE.

You're the right fit if:
Strong experience in Performance & Retail Media strategy and optimization, with a clear focus on ROI/ROAS and incremental impact.
A track record of data-driven measurement, incl. KPI frameworks, dashboards, testing/experimentation, and tracking/data quality.
Proven ability to lead regional agencies and partners: solid briefings, SLA management, quality control, and QBR leadership.
Confidence managing stakeholders in a matrix organization: alignment, influence without authority, and JBP/workstream coordination.
Excellent communication and a structured approach to problem-solving, paired with change leadership and continuous improvement mindset.
