Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping medical aesthetics practices, med spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare providers grow their businesses through patient acquisition and revenue-focused marketing strategies. Their approach combines paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, SEO, websites, email/SMS marketing, and strategic consulting to help practices attract qualified patients and fill their schedules.

About the Role

We're looking for a Paid Ads Strategist / Growth Marketer who knows how to build full-funnel campaigns, write ad copy and turn performance data into a clear point of view. You'll manage paid advertising for a portfolio of medical spa clients, own strategy from ad to booking. If you're energized by connecting ad spend to real bookings, comfortable leading strategy and driven by outcomes over vanity metrics, this is an opportunity to directly shape how a growing medical aesthetics marketing agency turns clicks into patients walking through the door.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns daily across a portfolio of 20+ medical spa clients.
• Write high-converting ad copy and landing page copy focused on driving results.
• Design email/SMS sequences that move leads toward booked appointments.
• Analyze full-funnel performance across ads, landing pages, follow-up, and bookings, and decide when to scale, pivot, or pause.
• Fix underperforming landing pages and test new creative angles, audiences, and offers.
• Lead weekly internal strategy meetings with a clear point of view on what's working and what's next.
• Join client calls when strategic input is needed and explain performance and next steps directly.
• Work alongside the Account Manager to guide portfolio strategy and spot upsell opportunities.
• Connect ad spend to actual practice revenue, with a focus on increasing bookings and treatment volume.

Requirements

• 3+ years running paid campaigns, with deep expertise in Meta Ads and strong working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Proven ability to write high-converting ad copy and landing page copy.
• Full-funnel marketing experience, with an understanding of the customer journey from the initial click through conversion.
• Comfortable explaining strategy directly to clients and communicating recommendations clearly.
• Track record of leading meetings with clear recommendations and strategic insights.
• Experience collaborating with designers on creative direction and testing new campaign angles.

Benefits

• 🕘 Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• 💰 Salary: $2,500 USD per month
• 🌎 Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
• 📄 Contract: Independent Contractor
