Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist (Google & Meta Ads) to support a growing freelance digital marketing agency in the professional services industry. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with strong expertise in Google Ads. This role also requires a proactive, adaptable individual who is comfortable handling general virtual assistant tasks and eager to learn CRM platforms such as Go High Level. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who enjoys brainstorming with a small team and contributing to the successful scaling of client campaigns.

Work schedule

• This is a part-time position starting at approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (ET)
• With opportunity to transition to a full-time (40 hours per week) role as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
• Support Meta Ads campaign management by assisting with audience targeting, campaign optimization, and creative strategies.
• Leverage AI tools and data insights to improve ad targeting, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Perform general virtual assistant tasks, including managing Google Docs, calendars, and email inboxes related to client projects.
• Utilize the Go High Level CRM platform to support client automation, messaging, and AI chatbot implementations.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot campaign challenges, and develop effective marketing strategies.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and communicate results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in regular team meetings and maintain organized documentation of tasks and project updates.
• Cross-train on additional marketing and CRM workflows to support business continuity and team flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of paid search strategies and optimization techniques.
• Experience managing Meta (Facebook) Ads campaigns is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—the Go High Level CRM platform, including automation workflows and chatbot functionality.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable using virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
• Previous experience supporting professional services firms or marketing agencies is preferred.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
