About Team:
Join our collaborative Digital Marketing HUB, working alongside experienced marketing analysts and marketing specialists across multiple international markets.
Partner closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, country marketing teams, analysts, CRM specialists, and creative partners to drive customer acquisition and business growth through data-driven digital advertising.
This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and optimise high-performing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and remarketing channels, helping more customers discover and access our financial products while delivering measurable business growth.
Performance Optimisation: Continuously analyse campaign performance, bidding strategies, audience behaviour, and conversion data to improve customer acquisition efficiency, maximise return on investment, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Transform complex performance data into actionable recommendations, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and ensuring marketing investments deliver meaningful results.
Experimentation & Continuous Improvement: Lead A/B testing initiatives, explore emerging advertising opportunities, and identify innovative ways to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with marketing teams, analysts, CRM specialists, creative agencies, and business leaders, ensuring paid advertising activity is aligned with wider business objectives and customer journeys.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure advertising activities comply with platform policies, financial services regulations, consumer protection requirements, and internal governance standards, protecting both customers and the business.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
Proven experience managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms, ideally within fintech, e-commerce, performance marketing agencies, or similarly fast-paced digital environments.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition strategies, conversion optimisation, attribution models, and campaign measurement methodologies.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and related reporting and tracking platforms, combined with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
