This role is focused on driving measurable growth through high-performance digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring every investment delivers strong ROI and business impact. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to scale acquisition efforts and improve conversion performance. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a constant focus on experimentation and optimization. You will collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to build cohesive, high-performing campaigns. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end paid media campaigns, from strategy development to execution and performance optimization.

• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business growth and acquisition goals
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other platforms
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to improve targeting efficiency
• Optimize campaigns through continuous testing of creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS, driving ongoing improvements
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend across channels and campaigns
• Set up and maintain tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels
• Build regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
• Stay updated on platform updates, automation tools, and industry best practices

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a performance-driven marketer with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, conversion tracking, and attribution models
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools
• Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions based on performance metrics
• Experience managing campaign budgets and improving ad spend efficiency
• Strong organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
• Experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok Ads (preferred)
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and funnel performance strategies (preferred)
• Proactive mindset with strong focus on testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement
