Paid Ads Specialist广告投放Beijing、HangzhouExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1.Plan and execute ad campaigns for the company’s AI products in overseas markets, maximizing performance across platforms including but not limited to Google and Meta;
2.Monitor, analyze, optimize, and report on promotion data and key KPIs on a regular basis;
3.Analyze creative performance, build and optimize creative assets, and drive results for both in-house and agency campaigns;
4.Conduct market and competitor analysis, and propose sustainable optimization recommendations.
1. 负责公司AI产品在海外市场的推广,制定并执行广告投放策略,达成公司要求的推广目标,确保广告投放效果最大化,推广平台包括但不限于Google、Meta等渠道;
2. 负责定期对推广数据及核心关键KPI指标进行监控、分析、优化、总结与汇报;
3. 对推广素材的效果进行分析与沉淀,积累和优化素材资源,推动自投与代投推广效果最大化;
4. 定期调研市场与竞品动态,提出并借鉴可持续优化的建议。Qualifications1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of overseas advertising experience; e-commerce promotion experience preferred, AI product Web & App promotion experience a plus;
2.Proficient in overseas ad platforms including Meta, Google, and Bing, with hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, and review;
3.Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive actionable promotion strategies from data;
4.Good market awareness and product sense, with the ability to build effective promotion strategies based on product features and data analysis;
5.Creative thinking and trend-spotting skills for ad creatives;
6.Highly self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with good teamwork and communication skills.
1. 本科及以上学历,3年以上海外市场广告推广经验,电商类推广经验优先,有AI类产品Web与App推广经验者优先;
2. 熟悉社交媒体广告(如Meta)、搜索引擎广告(Google、Bing)及其他海外相关广告平台的特性、执行、数据复盘;
3. 具备较强的数据意识,能够从数据中洞察可操作的推广策略并落地执行;
4. 具备较强的市场感知能力、产品意识,能够根据产品特性、分析数据制定有效的推广策略;
5. 具备一定的素材创意、热点捕捉能力,能开脑洞;
6. 具备高度的自驱力,能够在快节奏环境中独立工作,并具有良好的团队沟通能力。 Apply
