This is a remote position.


Our client is looking for a
Full-Time Paid Ads Specialist

who thrives on optimizing performance through data, automation, and creative strategy. Over the past several years, they have become a trusted digital marketing partner for businesses nationwide, driving measurable growth through high-performing ad campaigns and innovative marketing technology.


The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—comfortable building, managing, and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms while leveraging automation and AI tools to maximize efficiency. This role will play a key part in refining systems, documenting workflows, and ensuring data-driven consistency across client accounts.


Responsibilities


  • Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across
    Google Ads

    (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, PMAX),
    Meta Ads

    , and
    Google Local Services Ads (LSA)

    .


  • Implement and maintain
    conversion tracking

    through Google Analytics, Google Ads, and integrated tools.


  • Leverage
    automated bidding strategies

    such as Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, and Target ROAS to improve performance.


  • Analyze large datasets to uncover optimization opportunities, trends, and performance insights.


  • Explore and test
    emerging advertising channels

    such as Reddit and TikTok to expand reach.


  • Develop and document
    repeatable workflows and optimization processes

    for internal use.


  • Identify and adopt
    AI-driven tools

    and automations to enhance campaign management, reporting, and efficiency.


  • Evaluate and recommend
    software solutions

    that can improve paid media performance.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment across marketing, reporting, and client objectives.


  • Stay informed of
    platform updates, algorithm changes, and advertising trends

    to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements


  • Minimum
    4 years of hands-on experience

    managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMAX, and Remarketing).


  • Advanced understanding of
    Google Analytics (GA4)

    , conversion tracking, and multi-channel attribution.


  • Proven success executing
    automated and conversion-based bidding strategies

    .


  • Proficiency in
    Meta Ads

    management, including A/B and creative testing.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.


  • Familiarity with
    AI-based marketing tools

    or automation platforms.


  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.


  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.


Qualifications
