Job Description


This is a remote position.


We’re looking for a creative and data-driven marketing specialist who can manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, and help grow brand visibility across multiple platforms.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical side of marketing and is comfortable managing campaigns from execution to reporting

across multiple industries and audience segments. This is not an entry-level social media coordination position.


The company is expanding beyond traditional catalog marketing into targeted digital advertising. This role fills the operational and strategic gap required to build, manage, optimize, and scale paid audience campaigns


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other platforms

  • Create or coordinate marketing content such as graphics, videos, captions, and posts

  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation results

  • Assist with retargeting, audience building, and marketing database management

  • Track analytics and provide simple performance reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing initiatives and campaigns

  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices

  • Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed

  • Expectations

    • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social advertising campaigns


    • Strong experience with Meta/Facebook advertising is required; additional exposure to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, or similar paid platforms is preferred


    • Proven understanding of audience targeting, uploaded/custom contact lists, retargeting, and campaign optimization


    • Ability to manage campaign execution, monitor performance, and adjust strategy based on engagement and conversion data


    • Experience handling multiple active campaigns and testing initiatives simultaneously


    • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create professional, concise, and effective campaign messaging


    • Comfortable working in an environment where campaigns, targeting strategies, and priorities will continue evolving


    • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership while also operating independently with minimal supervision


    • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accuracy across campaign setup, tracking, and reporting


    • Open to testing new ideas, learning new tools/platforms, and contributing strategic recommendations as campaigns scale


    • Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on organic posting, social media calendars, or community engagement without paid campaign ownership will not be a fit for this role

    : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
