We’relooking for a data-driven Paid Acquisition Managerto scale growth for Maxon’s industry-leading 3D products.You’llown performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Video/Display, driving measurable impact on revenue, ROAS, andLTV:CAC
Whatyou’lldo
Own and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns (Search, Social, Display/Video)
Develop strategies to scale revenue whilemaintainingstrong ROAS and CAC efficiency
Manage andallocatebudgets based on performance and growth opportunities
Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Run structured experiments (creative, audiences, bidding, landing pages)
Partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to improve conversion performance
What we’re looking for
3+years in Paid Acquisition / Performance Marketing
Proven track record delivering revenue and ROAS targets
Hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, and/or video/display platforms
Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset
Ability to turn data into clear insights and actions
Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
Experiencewith software or subscriptions aplus
Fluency in English (Germana strong plus)
