We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Paediatric Community Speech and Language Therapist to join a supportive community team in Luton. This role involves working with children and young people within community and school-age caseloads, supporting a range of speech, language, and communication needs.

The successful candidate will independently manage their own caseload while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care. • Provide training and advice to parents, carers, and education staff to enable ongoing support for children’s language and communication needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports in line with professional and organisational standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning and reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration and membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
