🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily Padel operations — ensuring safe, smooth and high-quality experiences for all players.
• Grow participation through leagues, coaching, events and community partnerships.
• Support and motivate a talented team of coaches and assistants.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and handle queries with confidence.
• Drive local marketing and sales activity to hit participation and revenue targets.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within sport, leisure or hospitality.
• Confident, people-focused and passionate about growing the game.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends.
• LTA Level 2 Padel Instructor qualification is desirable
• Experience running coaching programmes
