ServiceMaster Restoration is looking for a dependable and hardworking Packout Specialist to join our restoration team. This position involves carefully packing, moving, transporting, and storing customers’ belongings during restoration projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, and inventory customer contents from homes and businesses
• Safely load, transport, and unload items between customer sites and our warehouse
• Organize and maintain storage areas and assist with warehouse operations
• Handle items with care to prevent damage during transport and storage
• Operate moving equipment such as dollies and lifts
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Interact professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Prior experience in moving, restoration, or warehouse work is a plus, but training will be provided
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
