About the Opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Packing Lead to join our team at Warragul. You'll play a key role in supporting the Production Supervisor and leading a small team across one of our key production lines.

You’ll be hands-on, organised, and passionate about quality and people.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Training, inducting and supporting new team members
• Leading by example and ensuring team tasks are completed efficiently
• Operating and overseeing the packing machinery and equipment
• Performing quality checks to maintain product standards
• Working alongside the Production Supervisor to support daily operations

• Have experience in a production or packing environment (not essential!)
