Demonstrate expertise in at least two PACO nodes for design and deployment
Check and validate Technical Solution Documents (TSD), identifying gaps and risks and reporting them to Presales and relevant stakeholders.
Perform software compatibility checks and highlight any deviations.
Create and present High-Level Designs (HLD) to customers.
Prepare Customer Information Questionnaires (CIQ) based on HLD, dimensioning, and customer inputs.
Create Low-Level Designs (LLD) according to HLD and CIQ inputs.
Prepare data fill and backfill sheets using available automation tools.
Validate project activity MOPs
Prepare migration and go-live strategies in coordination with TPM and the customer.
Maintain and manage design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze designs and prepare changes from the SU perspective
Perform bug scrubbing before node go-live.
Define functional and non-functional ATP Test Object Lists (TOL) in collaboration with the customer.
Provide troubleshooting support to SE teams and perform trace analysis
Create and maintain project lessons learned documentation
Deliver knowledge transfer (KT) sessions
Capture lessons learned in the LL tool
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or equivalent technical background.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Packet Core design and deployment
Proven experience working with Packet Core (PACO) nodes in design and implementation contexts.
Strong background in network design documentation (TSD, HLD, LLD, CIQ).
Good understanding of Packet Core architectures and mobile network standards (2G/3G/4G/5G, LTE, VoLTE).
Experience with migration planning, ATP preparation, and pre-go-live activities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, presales, and delivery teams
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments.
