CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:

• Proper grading, scaling,labeling,and packing ofproducts

• Good housekeeping ofworkspace

• Grades product according to quality specifications.

• Visually inspect seals onpouchbefore packing them in a box.

• Packs product - bags, boxes, etc.

• Labels containers and marks weights.

• Mayassistin departmental clean-up asrequired

• Performs otherduties asassigned by Supervisor(s).

• Follow rotation every 30 minutes

• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamicenvironment.

• Cartons, bags, scales,marker,knivesand scissors.

• The majority ofthe time is spent intheplant environmentandwill include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals.

• Noise levelisloud in the productionareaand hearing protection is alwaysrequired

• Must be able tolift upto25lbs.

• Vision requirement of at least 20/40 for near and far vision.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT/TRAINING REQUIREMENT:

• Bump cap, hair/beardnet, eye protection/goggles, hand protection,apron, raingear,hearingprotectionandsafety shoes

MANDATORY TRAINING/COMPETENCY TO BE EARNED:

• Proper liftingand PPE
