Support the operation In the Machine assigned to ensure machinery is running at optimum efficiency. Work along with all the team

• Safety: Follow all company safety policies. Immediately report
  any unsafe conditions or acts to shift supervisors or other
  leaders. Immediately report any injury, including pain or
  discomfort (even from home), to the shift supervisors at time of occurrence.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety
  procedures, including lock-out/tag-out and notify any unsafe
  Participate in department meetings of asset efficiency,
  conditions to Shift Supervisor, shift engineer, Manufacturing analyzing the root causes of failures and provide solutions
  Manager and Safety Coordinator
• Support the production process in the machines assigned.
  Under the Expert Manufacturing Technician (EMT) instructions
  or higher levels.
• Following guidance, instructions, and procedures about
  production process, to comply the production work order
  within the timeline, order, and quality required. Compliance
  the PMP = Production Master Plan.
• Be able to request and assure the use of the correct materials
  in his/her machine assigned according with the bill of materials
  in the WO's.
• Pack product and make boxes ensuring safe, legal and quality
  products through assessment, inspections and verifications of
  processes at all stages of manufacturing
• Fulfill all the procedures generated by the company, including
  but not limited to: Set/Up, change overs, GMP's, safety,
  quality, packaging specs, etc.
• Provide to the Expert Manufacturing Technician (EMT) and/or
  technical operator useful information to avoid problems,
  damages and faults in the machines. Perform in the machine
  these activities following the EMT instructions.
• Assure the compliance of the operational standard parameters
  in the assig11ed machine~
  for improvement. Participate in preventive, corrective and predictive
  maintenance per priorities and instructions given from higher
  levels.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift
  (S's conditions, physical line clearance, paint).
  Be able to fill in all the correct information (Physically or in the
  system). Included but not limited to production sheets,
  Efficiency system (Shop logix), Baan fusion, cleaning forms,
  inspection forms, maintenance WO, parallelism, etc. Perform quality checks per established procedures utilizing
  various measurement such as scales, micrometers, height
  gauges and various attribute gauges to ensure all standards are being met.
