1. Must be open to cross training as needed
2. Must be able to work closely with team members
3. Must have good hand eye coordination
4. Must be organized and able to multi-task
5. Must be able to complete job duties in timely manner
6. Ability to pay close attention to details
7. Effective written and verbal communication skills
8. Excellent attendance record
9. Ability to work and make decisions with minimum supervision
10. Overtime as required, including possible Saturday work as needed
11. Must be able to work standing/walking 8-9 hrs a day
12. Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs unassisted & up to 100 lbs with others
