You’ll be responsible for the packing, weighing and labelling of meat products as per customer specification on a shift pattern of Monday to Friday from 6.00am to 2.30pm. It’s a real team effort and you’ll benefit from the support and company of your fellow packers as you work to achieve your daily goal. You’ll need to be physically fit and have a flexible approach to work with it being such a fast paced and dynamic environment. Experience within other food factory environments is desirable but not essential.As a packer you will receive a base rate of £12.21 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £13.32 p/h.
