What you´ll do

  • Support a global Packaging Transparency transformation program
  • Engage with international suppliers to collect packaging data
  • Coordinate supplier communication and onboarding activities
  • Monitor project KPIs and data collection progress
  • Consolidate, validate and analyze packaging specification data
  • Support development of digital tools and reporting dashboards
  • Prepare communication material, trainings and project updates
  • Work with Procurement, Sustainability, Packaging Engineering and Digital teams
  • Help improve compliance readiness for future sustainability regulations
  • Gain hands-on experience in a global strategic procurement project

  • Strong communication skills (email, presentations, stakeholder follow-up)
  • Excellent Excel skills (data cleaning, tracking, reporting)
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets
  • Proactive and self-driven personality
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to interact professionally with suppliers worldwide
  • Digital mindset (Power BI, SharePoint, AI/Copilot, databases are a plus)
  • Interest in sustainability, procurement, packaging, or supply chain topics
