You'll own the strategy and the results, which means your fingerprints are on everything from how we develop new business to how we retain and grow the accounts that matter most.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Monitor and ensure achievement of individual and team sales and gross profit targets
• Maintain and enforce margin expectations across all business
• Maintain visibility into pipeline activity and forecasting accuracy
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs
• Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business, allocating one day per week to direct selling activities to remain actively engaged in the market and lead by example.
• Support strategic and high-value account development
• Build and maintain key customer and supplier relationships
• Team Management & Development: recruit, onboard, train, and count Managers, provide ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback, and hold team members accountable to KPIs,

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or minimum of 5 years of packaging sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in the packaging distribution is a must.

• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas and drive sales growth
