About this Position Packaging Project Implementation Manager will be responsible for implementing projects for Latin America across Industrial SBUs such as AM, AP and ACB. Responsible for driving successful project portfolio leadership throughout the stakeholder influence, strategic relationship management, cross functional collaboration ensuring delivery align with business objectives, timelines and expectations.

What you´ll do

• Leads project management and execution activities across Latin America, including MFO initiatives and strategic packaging projects
• Deliver measurable business value through cost optimization, supplier diversification, risk mitigation, packaging innovation, and sustainability improvement
• Improve packaging master data accuracy including execution and documentation of new/existent packaging components
• Support packaging demands both in-house manufacturing and third-party manufacturing (3PM) operations for the AP, AM, and ACB business for LATAM
• Serve as the regional packaging expert for quality incident investigations, supporting root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive action
• Drive and execute sustainability projects in the region and reduce material usage/enable re-use/ recycling
• Work together with the team by executing projects to address gaps in compliance (DG and EPR regulations)
• Evaluate, prioritize, and govern packaging project opportunities based on financial return, strategic value, implementation complexity, and business impact
• Provide accurate health check of mold packaging assets under business responsibilities to the Central of Excellence Global team
• Provide leadership in prioritized project portfolio, balancing business needs and operational capabilities
• Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Develop and implement supplier diversification strategies, alternative sourcing initiatives to improve cost competitiveness, supply security, and business resilience
• Drive end-to-end packaging project execution within the ADP framework, presenting project progress and key decisions to stakeholders, securing cross-functional alignment, and obtaining all required gate approval.

• Fluent in English, advanced Spanish is a plus
• Experienced in multiple Packaging materials such as plastic, metal, paper and board. More than 7 years of experience in Packaging Development.
