Job DetailsJob Location: Green Circle Growers Inc - OBERLIN, OH 44074Job Category: ManufacturingJOB DUTIES:
Produce Shipping labels, Pick Tickets and UPCs as necessary.
Operates high volume production label printer(s) as well as other digital production printers.
Receives work orders and prepares jobs received manually, ensuring high quality and priorities.
Programs job specifications and completes printing in a timely fashion.
Checks electronic files, proofs, and printed material for accuracy.
Communicate with Managers and Shipping Supervisor to expedite production as needed.
Performs basic cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting for all power equipment.
Contacts equipment service providers as required.
Works with other Plants to coordinate product transfer or label exchange as necessary in person, via email and by phone.
Works with the Order Fulfillment Team (OFT) to verify orders.
Communicates any inaccuracies to KAS team so orders can be updated as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1-3 years Shipping experience required, preferably in an office environment
Proficiency with computer systems/programs especially Excel, and Word
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skill
Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones
Proficiency with office computers and Microsoft Office software
Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Mild to moderate lifting of boxes to be shipped will be required
