
The Packaging Operator Apprentice is an entry-level position designed to develop employees into skilled packaging line operators within a seafood manufacturing environment. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience in packaging operations, equipment functionality, line setup, and production processes while participating in structured training programs. Employees in this role are expected to achieve proficiency in various training levels related to line operation and demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, food safety, and operational excellence.
