Job Description

Join TopGum as a Packaging Operator and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring high-quality packaging of our products. This role involves operating packaging machinery, maintaining a clean work area, and consistently meeting production targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Assist in the setup and changeover of packaging lines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar packaging role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of machinery and equipment maintenance.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
