The Packaging Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations while
ensuring accurate, timely inventory tracking from production completion through final sale. This role manages Leads & Support staff, maintains workflow efficiency, and ensures quotas, quality standards, and production goals are consistently met. In addition, the Packaging & Inventory Manager owns inventory documentation within internal tracking systems, with a strong focus on sales fulfillment and transaction support. This position partners closely with the Plant Manager and serves as a key point of contact for sales representatives to ensure product availability, accuracy, and smooth order execution. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Monitors time and attendance. Provides regular performance feedback and coaching to direct reports including reviews.

As a exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $67,500 - $78,000/yr, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
