You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop operation manuals for new Milwaukee products.
  • Create and maintain product labels aligned with global regulatory requirements.
  • Generate technical service documentation and supporting materials.
  • Ensure existing documentation remains accurate, current, and aligned with product updates.
  • Manage documentation revisions associated with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs/ECNs).
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Safety teams to gather and validate technical information.
  • Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across documentation.
  • Support certification and compliance activities through technical documentation.
  • Participate in design reviews when documentation impacts product releases.
  • Maintain technical publication databases and document control systems.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret engineering specifications and technical information.
  • Experience managing documentation in a structured and detail-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Knowledge

  • Technical publications development.
  • New Product Development (NPD) processes.
  • Engineering documentation and specifications.
  • Product safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECN).
  • International certifications and compliance documentation.
  • Adobe Professional tools.
  • PLM and ERP systems.
  • Global technical communication and cross-functional collaboration.
