At our company, which handles high value-added silicone products, we ship a wide variety of products to customers in various packaging formats. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and appropriate technical support regarding these product packages in response to requests from business teams and customers. • グローバルなスペシャリティケミカル事業を支える、最適な包装ソリューションの開発・主導・実行をご担当頂きます。
• 新規および改良された包装製品・プロセスに対して、技術的リーダーシップを提供頂きます。

• Develop, lead, and execute optimal packaging solutions supporting global specialty chemical businesses.
• Provide technical leadership for new and improved packaging products and processes.

主な職務内容

• 包装部材および包装システムの特定・開発・検証・標準化
• 包装設計、テスト、認証、ライントライアルの主導
• オペレーション、エンジニアリング、EHS、プロダクトマネジメント、マーケティングとの連携
• パッケージングに関連する　 コスト削減、生産性向上、品質向上など継続的改善活動の推進
• 新製品開発、商業化、スケールアップの支援
• サプライヤーの選定、認証、技術的事項の管理

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, validate, and standardize packaging components and systems.
• Lead packaging design, testing, qualification, and line trials
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Product Management, and Marketing.
• As for Packaging, drive continuous improvement initiatives related to cost reduction, productivity, quality.
• Support new product development, commercialization, and scale-up
• Manage supplier selection, qualification, and technical relationships.

求められる技術的知見

• ドラム、IBC、ペール缶、カートリッジ、ラベルなどの包装材料
• 包装設備システムおよびプロセス最適化
• 危険物関連、法規制遵守、EHS 要件
• 仕様書の作成および性能試験

Technical Scope

• Packaging materials including drums, IBCs, pails, cartridges, and labels
• Packaging equipment systems and process optimization
• Dangerous goods, regulatory compliance, and EHS requirements
• Specification development and performance testing

• クロスファンクショナルおよびマトリックス型組織でのリーダーシップ
• グローバルおよびリージョンのステークホルダーとの連携
• 権限に依存しないプロジェクトマネジメントおよび影響力の発揮

資格・経験

• 化学業界または規制対象の包装環境での経験

Qualifications & Experience

• With Experience in chemical or regulated packaging environments

スキル・能力

• リスクアセスメントを含む強力な問題解決力および分析力
• 優れた文書作成力・コミュニケーション能力
• 自主的に、またグローバルチームの一員として働く能力
• CAD ツール（SolidWorks / CAD）
• チームとして協力し、成果を達成する能力
• 主体的に課題を特定し、解決策を提案する能力

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, like a risk assessment

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

応募資格

必須 (MUST)

・工業工学、機械工学、化学工学、または関連分野の理学士号及び10年以上の社会人経験

・Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline with over 10 years’ work experience.

歓迎 (WANT)

・Lean / Six Sigmaの手法（Green Beltが望ましい）

・Lean / Six Sigma methodologies（Green Belt preferred）

・3年～7年の化学包装分野での経験

・Preferably 3–7 years of experience in chemical packaging
