The Packaging Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and qualification of manufactured components used in the Skyworks products.
- BS degree in the area of Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
- Good written communication in English language, the ability to work effectively with other members of the product development team.
- General knowledge and skills in use of all MS Office software and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of semiconductor components.
