The opportunity

You will be part of the Regulatory Department where both individual responsibility and teamwork are particularly important. You will be responsible for creating packaging materials for medicines in cooperation with colleagues who are acquiring marketing authorization for parallel import in the EU. Our aim is also to create efficient re-packaging methods for our different production sites, and you will have a key role in enabling this. To make it happen you will have to comply with the end-market regulations, printing house requirements and production processes. We consistently evaluate our operational processes, and your role will be to implement the necessary optimizations to ensure efficiency and excellence.

We would like you to:

• Work in cooperation with Regulatory Marketing Authorization Coordinators creating the necessary documents for parallel import licensing and overseeing packaging material creation and maintenance:

  • With the usage of related databases creating different packaging materials: label, carton, patient information leaflet, patient alert card;

  • Maintain data and files of packaging materials;

  • Create photo documentation about the re-packaged medicine sample prepared for licensing; 

  • Working in cooperation with printing houses, the Packaging material engineer team and Production;

• Providing information for Production concerning the assembly of the final product: creating item lists of the required packaging materials and re-packaging instruction as a step-by step guide of the process;

• Providing support for Production if necessary and ensuring the smooth operation of subsequent processes;

• Administrating tasks in the department’s task management tool; 

• Working in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop with addition of Office 365.

What we need you to have:

• Proven experience in a similar or relevant role; 

• Experience in packaging creation or industrial design; 

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Office 365; 

• Relevant education degree (graphic designer, industrial designer, packaging designer, pre-press work, copy-editing, etc.); 

• Strong written and verbal English skills;

• Strong eye for visual composition;

• Packaging engineering mindset;

• Experience with printing methods (preferred).
