1.To manage Asset Work Bench, Capitalize CIP Asset as per company Standard & Accounts Law, Prepare Mass Addition, Post Mass Addition by the end of every month.2.To enter & Post Journals. ,Run financial Reports , GL Trial Receivables, Payables, Knowledge of GST, AP vs GL Reco. Head wise accounting.3.Verification & Authorization of supplier bills vouchers entered ERP System within 3 days of receipt from Stores.Passing Employees Bills Medical, LTA, Travelling, Telephone, Toll, Freight, Electricity, Guest Houses, Canteen & other service bill Checking as well as booking of venders Service Bill within 3 days. 4.Preparation of details for Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit for stipulated period. 5.Physical verification of WIPon monthly basis.6.Releasing payments through Cash book & Bank book as per funds allocation on daily basis.Close Cash Book & Bank Book on daily basis.7.Monthly Expenses booking, TDS Reconciliation, Inter Unit Reconciliation, Vendors Reconciliation, Employees Accounts Recompilation. Expenses Detail, Travelling Detail, Scrap Detail, Salary, and Cont. Salary.
