We are looking for an individual who shares the same values as us to take up the position of Packaging Artwork Project Manager.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

  • Artwork governance & standards management - Define, maintain, and enforce artwork governance frameworks, standards, and guidelines to ensure a consistent, controlled, and compliant artwork process across suppliers and product categories. Ensure standards support both operational efficiency and clear consumer communication of product benefits.
  • Commercial alignment & Unique Selling Points ( USP) integrity - Partner closely with Merchandising to ensure product USPs, claims, and key selling messages are clearly defined, validated, and accurately reflected in packaging artwork from the outset. Safeguard the integrity of commercial intent throughout the artwork development lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder leadership & decision support - Provide firm, objective guidance on artwork-related decisions, balancing brand, compliance, operational, and commercial considerations. Support governance-level decision-making with clear trade-offs, risk assessments, and recommendations that protect both timelines and consumer impact.
  • Cross-functional & supplier alignment - Act as a central alignment point for artwork-related matters, facilitating effective collaboration between suppliers, merchandisers, design partners, and internal stakeholders. Drive clarity of inputs, expectations, and decision rights to reduce ambiguity, rework, and downstream corrections.
  • Timeline predictability & execution excellence - Drive disciplined planning and execution of artwork timelines, proactively managing dependencies and handovers to achieve predictable delivery. Reduce iteration cycles and correction rounds by improving briefing quality, upfront validation, and issue prevention.
  • Risk identification & issue escalation - Monitor artwork-related risks and recurring issues, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate concerns with clear, solution-oriented recommendations to prevent production delays, cost impacts, or compromised consumer communication.
  • Process improvement & capability building - Continuously review and enhance artwork governance processes to improve speed, quality, and commercial effectiveness. Strengthen artwork management capability by clarifying ownership, improving ways of working, and providing targeted training to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

You might be a good fit if you have/are …

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Graphic Communication, Print Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing packaging design and print production processes; experience in the European retail industry is an advantage
  • Excellent critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Process-driven, objective, and continuous improvement–oriented mindset
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
